Space Heater

The bedroom on the entry level loves to stay cold in the winter. We found a space heater that solves the problem with a combination of safety and efficiency. However, it requires more than just a simple on and off. You can find the space heater in the bedroom closet.

1. Turn it on about 30 minutes before going to bed and close the bedroom door to hold the heat in.

2. Turn the "master" on/off switch on.

That switch is located on the lower right back side of the heater.

The heater will beep, and the control panel will light up, displaying "–".

3. Press the "POWER" button on the control panel on the front of the unit.

The following settings can be controlled with the remote, but only after the power is turned on at the unit.

4. Press the "MODE" button on the control panel, cycling through options until "AUTO" setting is set

When set to AUTO you will see a temperature selection displayed on the right part of the control panel.

5. Press the "TEMP" button repeatedly until it cycles through to your preferred setting.

On AUTO mode the temp setting works as a thermostat, cycling the heater on and off to maintain the temp.

6. Turn it OFF when not in use.

And please, double check that it's off whenever you leave the house.

WARNINGS

Even though this unit is extremely safe are a few safety precautions.

DO NOT TOUCH the rear of the unit when it is on or has been. It will be extremely HOT.
KEEP CHILDREN AWAY from the heater and keep the door closed when it's in use.
KEEP THE BACK OF THE UNIT 8" OR MORE AWAY FROM WALLS and place nothing near the front of it.
The heater will automatically turn itself off if it is knocked over or overheats. To resume operations, allow the unit to fully cool down and then press RESET button on the rear of the heater.

We placed a full copy of the manufacturer's instructions in the closet of the lower bedroom.
